Science - Electricity and Circuits
Year 4 have been investigating electricity and circuits in science. The children discovered how to connect components (battery, wires, bulb) in order to make a circuit; investigated how a switch works and used this knowledge to make a wire buzz game; investigated which materials are electrical conductors and insulators; carried out an experiment to find out how adding more bulbs to a circuit affects bulb brightness; found out how to be safe around electricity.
We learnt a lot but also had lots of fun.
