Just before the half term holidays, Mr Ratcliffe strangely disappeared... and Year 1 enjoyed a visit from 'Neil Armstrong'!  They have been learning about life and events in the past, as part of their 'time travellers' inspiration, and their special visitor taught them about space travel and the first ever walk on the moon's surface.  The children wrote questions before he arrived, and recounted the experience when he left.
