PE - Bridges

In our gymnastics sessions, the children thought about creating bridges. They considered which parts of the body should be in contact with the floor, and how they could incorporate apparatus into their balances. They then thought about how they could perfect their balances by extending their limbs and the positioning of their hands and feet. 

The next step was to work with a partner to add movement over or under a bridge, thinking about how to show a range of levels.
