Year 1

Welcome To Year 1!

We are delighted to welcome you to Year 1, where an exciting year of learning and fun awaits your children. Our teaching staff are committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters curiosity and creativity.

In 1MN we have Mrs Norton, Miss Pope and Ms Stower and in 1MT we have Miss Thurlburn, Mrs Sparkes and Mrs Sheppard.

Throughout the year, our focus will be on developing foundational skills in literacy and numeracy while incorporating themes that spark interest and imagination. We believe that learning should be enjoyable, and we strive to create a classroom atmosphere that is both supportive and dynamic.
